558h bed's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A cashback rate applies to each level based on weekly net losses. For example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

5Prohibited Activities
